On September 2nd DEX took part in the event “SPEEDPresentation – Success Factor Personnel”. It was organized by the BVMW-Mittelstandsbund Düsseldorf.

The eight presentations each lasted eight minutes. We received great applause for our presentation, which was presented with videos, beautiful effects, and engaging content. The title: “Let My People Go Surfing!”. The topic was staff development for self-determined and results-oriented forms of work in the digital transformation.

The providers highlighted the topic “Human Resources” from different perspectives. The audience was composed of about 40 interested entrepreneurs from the region.
