Who we are

We facilitate team workshops, run programs for young talents and leaders and advise people in companies on all aspects of leadership and collaboration.

Silke Körner and Jörg Janzen have been developing workshops and development programs for teams and leaders for more than 30 years. A network of around 30 experienced trainers and coaches supports us in the implementation of these programs.

Learning is our passion - developing attractive and sustainable learning formats for our clients and participants is our mission!

What do we offer?

DEX offers you a very special portfolio of experiential outdoor learning, team diagnostics, a systemic consulting approach, digital learning environments and facilitation in the seminar room.

What do we have to organize ourselves as contractors?

With us, you have the option of receiving an "all-round carefree package": If you wish, we organize all aspects relating to your project:

From clarification of assignment and workshop location, to transportation, equipment and seminar materials, preparation of participants and evaluation, we take care of everything competently and quickly!

How does the process from inquiry to implementation work?

After your inquiry, there is an initial assignment clarification meeting with our project leader, usually via video for 30 - 45 minutes. This is where we find out your wishes, goals, special circumstances, information about the participants, time frame and more.

  • We then create a customized concept and proposal and discuss it.
  • If necessary, we will be happy to adapt it again.
  • We assign one or more of our competent trainers with the implementation.
  • On request, we can organize a hotel and seminar location, commission third-party providers (e.g. canoe rental, software licenses, etc.) and take care of everything related to your project.
  • The contact person for your project always remains the same. He/she is also in close contact with the trainers, so that all the threads come together there.
  • After the project - or regularly in between in the case of modular programs or long-term assignments - there are evaluation meetings and we make any necessary adjustments.
What is our availability and response time like?
  • We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
  • We usually prepare proposals within a few days - except in the case of very extensive projects where the conception takes longer.

  • Systemic approach - working at eye level with the participants: They as experts in their needs and situations in everyday working life, we as experts in development, processes and didactics
  • Agile implementation - piloting and ongoing adaptation
  • Adaptation of learning environments and formats to the current situation and specific circumstances: from virtual to face-to-face to blended learning formats
What sets us apart?
  • Emotionality and experiential learning: Only what moves us is relevant; only what we do will we learn in the long term! Tasks in face-to-face and online formats allow participants to experience how methods and techniques really work and ensure shared experiences, reflection and enjoyment while learning. Face-to-face workshops in beautiful natural surroundings or unusual settings create lasting memories. This is how we create the best conditions for sustainable learning.
  • Consistent focus on application: We only learn what is important to us! Challenging participants and promoting the relevant skills through seminar architecture, tools and applying them in the workplace.
  • Self-organized and social learning: We learn best with and from others! All workshops and seminars are embedded into preparation and transfer tasks, which participants complete in practice groups.
