What do we have to organize ourselves as contractors?

With us, you have the option of receiving an "all-round carefree package": If you wish, we organize all aspects relating to your project:

From clarification of assignment and workshop location, to transportation, equipment and seminar materials, preparation of participants and evaluation, we take care of everything competently and quickly!

How does the process from inquiry to implementation work?

After your inquiry, there is an initial assignment clarification meeting with our project leader, usually via video for 30 - 45 minutes. This is where we find out your wishes, goals, special circumstances, information about the participants, time frame and more.

  • We then create a customized concept and proposal and discuss it.
  • If necessary, we will be happy to adapt it again.
  • We assign one or more of our competent trainers with the implementation.
  • On request, we can organize a hotel and seminar location, commission third-party providers (e.g. canoe rental, software licenses, etc.) and take care of everything related to your project.
  • The contact person for your project always remains the same. He/she is also in close contact with the trainers, so that all the threads come together there.
  • After the project - or regularly in between in the case of modular programs or long-term assignments - there are evaluation meetings and we make any necessary adjustments.
What is our availability and response time like?
  • We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
  • We usually prepare proposals within a few days - except in the case of very extensive projects where the conception takes longer.
