On 2 September, DEX attended the “SPEEDPresentation – Success Factor Personnel” event. It was organised by the BVMW-Mittelstandsbund Düsseldorf.
The eight presentations lasted eight minutes each. We received great applause for our presentation, which was delivered with videos, beautiful effects and clear content. The title: “Let the employees go surfing!”. The topic was personnel development for self-determined and results-orientated forms of work in the digital transformation.
The providers shed light on the topic of “personnel” from very different perspectives. The audience was made up of around 40 interested entrepreneurs from the region.
A great opportunity for networking and interesting discussions – despite social distancing and hygiene measures!
